Seniors Lunch Club

The Oak Lunch Club is in its seventh year. It feeds about 30 local elderly people every Thursday with a home cooked hot meal.

For many of our folk Thursday is their favourite day, it may be the only day of the week they have a proper meal. We normally finish off the day with a quiz or a talk.

All our staff are volunteers from The Oak; this includes chef's, greeters and drivers. Our work with the elderly has given us great favour with other agencies.
